We’ve been shooting in Tofino for several years and absolutely love it here! There is absolutely no lack in Tofino; it has everything from the best restaurants to the best surf Vancouver Island has to offer. There is a great mix of endless ocean, forests, and lakes to explore, and every bend has stunning scenery. It’s obvious why so many couples are choosing to have their destination wedding or elopement in Tofino.
In our opinion, Tofino is the most gorgeous location in British Columbia to get married. It’s one of the few places that is fun even when it’s raining! It’s ideal anytime of the year; the summers are nice with temperatures hovering around 20 celsius, and the winters are breathtaking for storm watching. We have photographed and filmed weddings and elopements here in all four seasons, and each of them offers a different taste of West Coast Canada. We are stoked that you have chosen Tofino to get married!

ofino (/təˈfiːnoʊ/ (About this soundlisten) tə-FEE-noh) is a town of approximately 1,932 residents on the west coast of Vancouver Island in the Canadian province of British Columbia. The District of Tofino is located at the western terminus of Highway 4 on the tip of the Esowista Peninsula at the southern edge of Clayoquot Sound. It is situated in the traditional territory of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations.
A popular year-round tourism destination, Tofino's summer population swells to many times its winter size. It attracts surfers, hikers, nature lovers, bird watchers, campers, whale watchers, fishers, or anyone just looking to be close to nature. Despite its small population, the town attracts a number of chefs and culinary professionals, which has resulted in a burgeoning choice of restaurants and specialty shops. In the winter, it is not as bustling, although many people visit Tofino and the West Coast to watch storms on the water. Close to Tofino is Long Beach, a scenic and popular year-round destination, in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. With its natural hot springs, Maquinna Marine Provincial Park[2] is a popular day-trip destination for tourists.
